The Student Support Leader role provides care, guidance and support to students, fostering positive relationships, restorative practices and recognition of achievements through strong routines (the 4R's).

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing consistent support to students across term time and training days.
• Maintaining effective routines and communicating expectations.
• Implementing restorative practices and promoting student achievement.
• Collaborating with teachers and support staff to improve student outcomes.
• Ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed and reporting as required.
