Behavioural Specialist Needed - Join Time Plan Education!

Are you a skilled behavioural specialist passionate about making a positive impact on young lives? Time Plan Education is looking for dedicated professionals with experience in supporting students with behavioural challenges to join our team. This role involves working closely with students in school settings, helping them develop positive behaviours and thrive in their educational environment.

  Behavioural Mentor
• Location:
  
  Primary, secondary and 6th Form schools in the local area
• Placement Types: long-term and potential permanent roles

• Proven experience in working with children or young people with behavioural challenges (e.g., in a school, residential, or youth setting)
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills
• Patience, empathy, and resilience when working with students who require additional support
• Knowledge of behavioural management strategies and the ability to apply them effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and parents to create a consistent support network for students

• Previous roles such as teaching assistant, youth worker, learning mentor, SEN support, or social work
• Professional training or experience in mental health, special educational needs (SEN), or social care
