About the RoleWe are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join a nurturing and progressive primary school in Milton Keynes from Easter 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to inspiring young learners and building strong academic foundations during the crucial early years of their education.

Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver creative, well‑structured lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum, ensuring all pupils are engaged and challenged appropriately.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that supports both academic progress and personal development.
- Assess, monitor, and track pupil achievement, using data effectively to inform future planning and targeted support.
- Foster early literacy, numeracy, and communication skills through engaging and interactive teaching approaches.
- Work closely with colleagues, support staff, and senior leaders to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
- Develop positive partnerships with parents and carers to support pupils progress and wellbeing.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including meetings, events, and ongoing professional development.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
- A strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and effective early years teaching strategies.
- The ability to create a warm, structured classroom that promotes confidence and independence.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
