The Client

They are a multi-disciplinary contractor with approximately 100 employees. The business is made up of a FM & Small Works, M&E and a Projects delivery teams.

Projects, fit out and refurbishment make up approximately 50% of company revenue with the remainder generated from FM & Small works and stand-alone Electrical and Mechanical works. They are a people orientated business with core values of providing quality and innovation with a strong sense of unity and acting responsibly to their customers, each other and the environment.

They maintain a collaborative and positive culture that fosters long-term relationships.

Their strategic plan is to grow from the current £25

Mpa revenue run rate to £40M+pa within the next 3 years, maintaining their operating margins and delivery excellence.

The Role

My client is looking for a Head of Mechanical on a permanent basis to accelerate and contribute to the company’s growth plans.

The ideal candidate will have a HVAC background and strong client contacts in this field to help unlock new business development opportunities.
