Are you a Field Service Engineer or similar with a background working on welding equipment, looking to join a well-established company offering full training, door-to-door pay and plenty of overtime opportunities to increase your earnings?

In this role, you will present and demonstrate welding solutions, clearly communicating technical features and customer benefits. You will create technical quotations, lead commercial negotiations, build and manage long-term customer relationships, deliver welding demonstrations and trials, and represent the business at trade shows and industry events. You will also maintain accurate customer data and sales activity within the CRM system, plan and manage your sales activity in line with business objectives and strategy, and work independently or as part of a team.

This role would suit a Field Service Engineer or similar with a background in the water industry, looking to join a well-established company offering full training and door-to-door pay.

The Role:

• Present and demonstrate welding solutions, explaining technical features and customer benefits.
• Create technical quotations, negotiate deals and build long-term customer relationships.
• Deliver welding demonstrations, represent the business at industry events and maintain accurate CRM records.
