Join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist at NHS Jobs, where you’ll play a vital role within a general practice team. Acting within professional boundaries, you’ll enhance patient health outcomes, contribute to primary care team efficiency, and provide accessible medicines expertise through face-to-face patient interactions. As an integral part of both the general practice team and a broader pharmacist network, you’ll serve as a conduit for patient medicines information between hospitals.
Your focus will be on optimizing medication use to enhance patient care and safety, providing support to clinical staff in patient management.
As part of your employment, you’ll follow an accredited training pathway, gaining qualifications such as independent prescribing. This will equip you to practice and prescribe safely and effectively in a primary care setting. Our dedicated supervision and mentorship network will ensure your continuous professional development.
