• Collaborate across kitchen and front‑of‑house for seamless service.

• Proven experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Assistant Manager in hospitality.
• A passion for guest service and Italian cuisine.
• Strong leadership and team‑building skills.
• Understanding of restaurant operations, compliance and safety.
• Commercial awareness and ability to deliver against KPIs.
• Excellent communication and decision‑making abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
