Salary: £27,000 - 30,000 per year
Requirements- Minimum of 1 year of experience working on an IT helpdesk or within an MSP
- Experience supporting Windows 11 in a business environment
- Experience with Microsoft 365, including Exchange, SharePoint and Azure AD
- Understanding of basic networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP
- Experience using IT helpdesk/ticketing systems to manage multiple support requests
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence required
- Relevant working rights for the UK are required
- Provide 1st line technical support to business clients as one of the first points of contact via phone, email and remote support tools
- Accurately log and manage support tickets, ensuring issues are tracked through to resolution with clear updates and communication
Troubleshoot Windows desktop and Microsoft 365 issues - Carry out user administration within Active Directory, Azure AD and Microsoft 365
- Support network connectivity and hardware issues
Assist with new equipment installations and deployments - Visit client sites when required to resolve technical issues
