Production Operative

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join a busy production team. You will play an important role in supporting the manufacturing process, ensuring products are produced efficiently, safely, and to the required quality standards. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily production tasks to meet targets and deadlines

• Operate machinery and equipment safely following training and instructions

• Carry out basic quality checks and report any faults or issues

• Pack, label, and prepare products for dispatch

• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working area

• Handle materials and stock as required

• Follow all health and safety procedures at all times

Person Specification

• Good attention to detail

• Ability to work well as part of a team

• Willingness to follow instructions and learn new tasks

• Physically able to carry out manual duties and stand for periods

• Reliable with good timekeeping

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided

• Willing to work rotational shifts
