CNC Operator

We have a great opportunity with an established and growing family‑run business that designs and manufactures high quality products for a range of commercial environments. They work with leading partners and are able to differentiate their products from competitors by manufacturing on‑site.

Joining an expanding team with ambitious growth plans, you will set up and operate HOMAG machinery, producing components using nesting techniques. This will be high‑precision work that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Operate and set up CNC machinery
• Run nested‑based production for MFC panels, laminates and veneers
• Load and unload sheets and monitor machining cycles
• Perform maintenance checks and housekeeping duties
• Assist with flat‑pack furniture assembly

• 5+ years of experience with CNC machinery, ideally Anderson or HOMAG machines
• Understanding of nesting workflows and sheet optimisation
• Previous experience in the furniture or joinery industry is beneficial
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software is a plus
