Opening Pitch At Domino's, your skills, ideas and judgement really matter. As our Quality Assurance Manager (Part Time) in Cambuslang, you'll play a key role in how we deliver for our customers and franchise partners - making sure the highest standards of food safety, quality and compliance are met across our Supply Chain Centre. This is a role where you'll balance hands‑on site presence with strategic oversight - helping us continuously improve how we operate while protecting what matters most: our product, our people and our brand.
WhatYou'll Bring
- Comfortable working across manufacturing, storage and distribution – building relationships, challenging where needed, and helping teams do things the right way every time.
- Experience working with food safety and quality management systems within a manufacturing or supply‑chain environment.
- Confidence carrying out audits, inspections and compliance checks (e.g. GMP, hygiene, food safety).
- The ability to interpret technical data and communicate it clearly to a range of stakeholders.
- Strong relationship‑building skills across operational and technical teams.
- Experience managing or influencing others in a factory or operational environment.
- A Food Science or Food Technology background (or equivalent experience).
- Act as the on‑site lead for quality, food safety and compliance – working closely with the wider teams to ensure standards are not only met, but continuously improved.
- Maintaining and improving the Food Safety & Quality Management System (FSQMS) to ensure compliance with legal and internal standards.
- Carrying out audits, product testing and verification activities, and driving corrective actions where needed.
- Preparing for and managing external and internal audits, ensuring actions are followed through to completion.
- A collaborative network across Supply Chain, Technical and Operations teams.
- The opportunity to shape processes and influence how we improve as a business.
- Access to tools, data and systems that help you make informed decisions.
- A culture that encourages open communication, continuous learning and practical problem solving.
