Quality Assurance Manager; Naas Part time

As our Quality Assurance Manager (Part Time) in Cambuslang, you'll play a key role in how we deliver for our customers and franchise partners - making sure the highest standards of food safety, quality and compliance are met across our Supply Chain Centre. This is a role where you'll balance hands‑on site presence with strategic oversight - helping us continuously improve how we operate while protecting what matters most: our product, our people and our brand.

• Comfortable working across manufacturing, storage and distribution – building relationships, challenging where needed, and helping teams do things the right way every time.
• Experience working with food safety and quality management systems within a manufacturing or supply‑chain environment.
• Confidence carrying out audits, inspections and compliance checks (e.g. GMP, hygiene, food safety).
• The ability to interpret technical data and communicate it clearly to a range of stakeholders.
• Strong relationship‑building skills across operational and technical teams.
• Experience managing or influencing others in a factory or operational environment.
• A Food Science or Food Technology background (or equivalent experience).

• Act as the on‑site lead for quality, food safety and compliance – working closely with the wider teams to ensure standards are not only met, but continuously improved.
• Maintaining and improving the Food Safety & Quality Management System (FSQMS) to ensure compliance with legal and internal standards.
• Carrying out audits, product testing and verification activities, and driving corrective actions where needed.
• Preparing for and managing external and internal audits, ensuring actions are followed through to completion.
