Co-op Digital is seeking a Customer Team Leader for our Bletchley area store. You’ll lead day-to-day store operations, supervise a team on shift, and ensure great customer service on the shop floor and tills.
You’ll be flexible with varied shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, and Sundays, with additional overtime opportunities. A supportive benefits package includes a 30% store discount and pension contributions.
