Location: Fenny Stratford

The Transport Coordinator Nights role, based in Simpson, is a full-time temporary position paying £17.19 per hour. Working night shifts, you will coordinate daily deliveries to Domino's stores across the network. Responsibilities include preparing driver paperwork, route information, and store keys, as well as conducting driver briefings and debriefings. You will maintain regular contact with drivers throughout their routes and manage delivery schedules.

This position requires prior experience in transport, logistics, or fleet operations. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential. An immediate start is available for this ongoing assignment.

Pertemps are recruiting on behalf of our client, Domino's Pizza, for a Transport Coordinator to join their busy Supply Chain team based in West Ashland, Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in transport, logistics, or fleet operations who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping things running smoothly.

  • Coordinate daily deliveries to Domino's stores across the network.
  • Prepare driver paperwork, route information, and store keys.
  • Conduct driver briefings and debriefings.
  • Maintain regular contact with drivers throughout their routes.
  • Manage delivery updates and communicate any issues to stores and franchisees.
  • Handle telephone and email enquiries from drivers, stores, and customers.
  • Update transport KPI information and daily reporting.
  • Arrange support for vehicle breakdowns and unforeseen issues.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the transport operation.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, transport legislation, and company procedures.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience within a transport, logistics, or fleet environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good IT and administrative skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Driver Hours, Tachograph Regulations, and the Working Time Directive would be advantageous
