Senior Auditor; Financial Services

• Plan, execute, and supervise financial statement audits for clients in the financial services industry.
• Assess the design and effectiveness of internal controls and identify control deficiencies.

• Identify and document audit findings, including control weaknesses and financial misstatements.
• Communicate audit results and recommendations to client management and audit partners.
• Ensure audit engagements comply with professional standards (e.g., ISA, IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; professional qualification such as CA(SA), AGA(SA), or equivalent is essential.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial statement auditing, with a significant portion focused on the financial services sector.
• Thorough knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
• Experience with audit software and data analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO).
