Partnerships Manager

Our client seeks a strategic and relationship-driven Partnerships Manager to cultivate and expand collaborations within the Bloemfontein region. You will identify potential partners, negotiate mutually beneficial agreements, and ensure the successful implementation of collaborative projects. • Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with key organizations and stakeholders in Bloemfontein and beyond.
• Develop proposals and presentations that articulate the value proposition of partnering with our client.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
• Oversee the implementation and ongoing management of partnership activities, fostering strong working relationships.
• Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, and meetings to build and strengthen our partner ecosystem.
• Monitor the effectiveness of partnerships and provide regular reports on progress and outcomes.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances, preferably within the non-profit sector.
• Demonstrated success in identifying opportunities, negotiating complex agreements, and managing relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the Free State economic and social landscape.
