- Develop, implement, and maintain aviation compliance programs and procedures.

- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in aviation compliance, safety management, or regulatory affairs.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant aviation regulations (e.g., SACAA, ICAO).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and auditing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in using compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
