About the Role
Our client, a respected management consultancy, is seeking a skilled Management Consultant focused on Performance Improvement to join their practice in Bloemfontein. This role is critical in helping clients enhance their operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall business performance. You will be involved in diagnosing performance gaps, designing optimized processes, and supporting the implementation of sustainable improvements. Key Responsibilities- Analyze client operations to identify key performance drivers, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Develop data-driven recommendations for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency gains.
- Design and implement new operational processes, workflows, and organizational structures.
- Support clients in change management activities to ensure successful adoption of performance improvements.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, operations analysis, or process improvement roles.
- Demonstrated experience in performance improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex operational data.
- Proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive change.
