Industrial Process Analyst

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Industrial Process Analyst to join their operations team in Bloemfontein . In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing current industrial processes, collecting and interpreting data, and identifying areas for enhancement to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain quality standards. You will work closely with engineers and operational staff to develop recommendations and support the implementation of process improvements.

This position is key to ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of our client's industrial operations within the Free State province.

• Conduct detailed studies of current industrial processes, including workflow mapping and time-motion studies.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Develop reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommending process enhancements.
• Support the implementation of new processes and technologies, ensuring smooth integration and minimal disruption.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to refine procedures and standards.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Operations Research, or a related analytical field.
• 2-4 years of experience in process analysis, industrial engineering support, or a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and statistical software (e.g., Minitab).
• Strong understanding of process mapping techniques and operational metrics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
