• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for network and service quality.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis within the telecommunications sector.
• Evaluate the financial and operational impact of new technologies and service offerings.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on network performance, market dynamics, and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and marketing teams to understand their analytical needs.
• Forecast future network capacity and resource requirements based on usage trends.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement within the telecommunications infrastructure.
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry standards affecting the telecommunications market.
• Assist in the development of business cases for network upgrades and new service deployments.

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in telecommunications analysis, network planning, or a related analytical role.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies, services (e.g., mobile, broadband, fiber), and network architectures.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Excel, R, Python for data analysis).
• Experience with network performance monitoring tools and reporting platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand the commercial aspects of telecommunications.
