Responsibilities

  • Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
  • Supervise construction crew, assign tasks, and provide guidance
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain a safe working environment
  • Manage construction resources, including materials and equipment
  • Resolve issues and conflicts that may arise during construction
  • Ensure quality standards are met and perform quality inspections
  • Prepare reports and updates for project managers and stakeholders

    • Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role
  • Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
  • Familiarity with construction safety regulations and procedures
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Additional certification in construction management or a related field is a plus
