• 3+ years' experience in foreman experience civil construction, earthworks, roads or general site foreman duties
• Full understanding of construction drawings and specifications and correctly plan construction layout accordingly.
• Manage contracts, tender documentation, claims, dispute resolution, and compliance with construction legislation.
• Sound knowledge of construction methods, building materials, project phases, and on‑site processes.
• Provide high-accuracy surveys for earthworks, platforms, pavements and utilities supporting construction.
• Building Models from Construction Drawings.
• Construction HR experience and strong Employee Relations / Industrial Relations capability.
