We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Construction Worker to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a Construction Worker, you will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of construction projects, from start to finish. This includes tasks such as preparing construction sites, operating heavy machinery, and assisting with the installation of structures and fixtures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare construction sites by cleaning and removing debris
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate heavy machinery, such as bulldozers and excavators, to assist with construction tasks
- Assist with the installation of structures and fixtures, such as foundations, walls, and roofs
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of construction equipment and tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
