• Lead the design and implementation of urban infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and public facilities.
• Coordinate with municipal authorities, contractors, and stakeholders to align project timelines and deliverables.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure adherence to environmental and safety regulations.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including feasibility studies and progress reports.

• Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in CAD software and infrastructure modeling tools.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Construction Management or Public Administration is advantageous.

Minimum of five years in infrastructure project management, with a proven track record in urban development or large-scale construction. Experience in government-funded projects is preferred.

65,000 – 85,000 SSP per annum, commensurate with experience and project scope.
