Construction Manager - Residential Developments

Our client is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to oversee residential development projects in Bloemfontein . This role requires a hands‑on leader responsible for the successful execution of construction projects from groundbreaking to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards. You will manage site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and liaise with developers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality residential properties. This is a critical position for an experienced manager dedicated to excellence in construction within the Free State province.

• Plan, organize, and direct all construction activities on‑site.
• Manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all construction phases.
• Oversee and coordinate the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
