• Direct and manage the construction process from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and building codes.
• Develop and implement detailed project schedules, monitoring progress and proactively addressing any deviations or potential delays.
• Manage all on-site personnel, including subcontractors, tradespeople, and laborers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular site inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, managing inventory and ensuring timely delivery to the site.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and financial records.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
• Implement quality control measures throughout the construction lifecycle to guarantee the final product meets all required standards.

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in managing large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving site issues.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.
