We’re hiring Customer Support Agents to work on an exciting global retail project, supporting German-speaking customers while living in beautiful Umhlanga, just minutes from the beach.

• Support customers in German via phone, email, and chat
• Assist with orders, deliveries, returns, and product questions
• Resolve complaints with empathy and professionalism
• Escalate complex issues when needed
• Update and maintain accurate customer records
• Meet quality standards and customer satisfaction KPIs

• German language level B2–C2 (fluent)
• Good English communication skills
• Matric (Grade 12)
• Valid permission to work in South Africa
• Clear criminal and credit record
• Customer service or call centre experience (retail experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
• Open to rotational shifts (including weekends)
• Basic computer literacy
