What You’ll Own- Managing high-volume email and live chat conversations daily
- Recommending products based on customer needs and increasing average order value
- Handling returns, refunds, exchanges, and order modifications efficiently
- Saving at-risk customers through proactive problem-solving
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and tagging interactions properly
- Meeting performance metrics such as response time, CSAT, and conversion rate
- Has at least 1 year of remote experience in e-commerce support or online sales
- Writes clear, confident, and persuasive English
- Is comfortable working inside Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk, or similar systems
- Thrives in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
- Can manage multiple conversations without sacrificing quality
- Takes ownership and doesn’t wait to be told what to do
- Personal computer or laptop (minimum i5 processor or equivalent)
- Stable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps upload & download)
- Quiet and distraction-free home workspace
