Customer Liaison Officer

Join a reputable automotive organization committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences. We are seeking a dedicated Customer Liaison Officer to be the vital link between our customers and workshop teams, ensuring smooth vehicle repair journeys and maintaining high service standards.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the vehicle repair process.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service from vehicle intake through to completion and collection.
• Keep customers informed of repair progress, delays, additional work, and expected completion dates.
• Liaise with insurance companies, assessors, customers, suppliers, and workshop personnel.
• Follow up on insurance approvals, authorizations, and outstanding documentation.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate vehicle collection and delivery arrangements where required.
• Maintain accurate customer records, job cards, and related documentation.
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding information or documentation.
• Ensure all customer communication is recorded and followed up appropriately.
• Work closely with the workshop and administration teams to ensure a smooth repair process.
• Escalate any customer or operational concerns to management when necessary.
• Maintain a professional image and uphold the company's customer service standards.

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Previous experience dealing directly with customers.
• Strong understanding of professional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competent in Customer Service, Conflict Resolution, Time Management, and Teamwork.

• Automotive industry processes and standards.

• Salary: R10,000 - R20,000 per month (Cost to Company)
