We’re hiring Customer Support Agents to work on an exciting global retail project, supporting German-speaking customers while living in beautiful Umhlanga, just minutes from the beach.

What you’ll be doingSupport customers in German via phone, email, and chat
Assist with orders, deliveries, returns, and product questions
Resolve complaints with empathy and professionalism
Escalate complex issues when needed
Update and maintain accurate customer records
Meet quality standards and customer satisfaction KPIs
What we’re looking forMatric (Grade 12)
Valid permission to work in South Africa
Clear criminal and credit record
Customer service or call centre experience (retail experience is a plus)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Open to rotational shifts (including weekends)
Basic computer literacy
