About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive Customer Retention Specialist to join their team in Bloemfontein . This role focuses on minimizing customer churn and maximizing customer lifetime value through strategic engagement and proactive support. You will identify at-risk customers, implement tailored retention strategies, and ensure a consistently positive customer experience. Your efforts will be key in maintaining a strong customer base and contributing to the company's sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor customer accounts for signs of potential churn and proactively intervene.
- Develop and execute personalized retention strategies for at-risk customers.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and address concerns effectively.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products/services to existing customers.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and provide insights for retention efforts.
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure a unified customer experience.
- Proven experience in customer retention , account management, or a related sales/service role.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret customer data.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and customer engagement platforms.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
