Customer Success Advocate

Our client is seeking a proactive Customer Success Advocate to join their team in Welkom. This role is centered on ensuring our customers derive maximum value from our products and services, fostering long-term relationships and driving retention. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance, support, and solutions to meet customer needs. This hybrid position allows for both collaborative in-office work and the flexibility to work remotely, ensuring engagement and efficiency.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers.
• Proactively identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions and guidance.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and adoption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, collaborating with internal technical teams when necessary.
• Monitor customer health metrics and implement strategies to mitigate churn.
• Gather customer feedback to inform product development and service improvements.

• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related customer service role.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles.
• Ability to analyze customer data and identify trends or potential issues.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model, balancing remote and office-based tasks.
• Experience with helpdesk or support ticketing systems is beneficial.
