Industrial Engineer - Process Optimization

• Analyze current production and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop, test, and implement new process designs and workflow enhancements.
• Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools to monitor and maintain process performance.
• Collaborate with operations managers and frontline staff to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
• Collect and analyze data related to production output, resource utilization, and costs.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings and recommendations for management.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in an industrial engineering or process improvement role.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis software such as Excel, Minitab, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
