Mechanical Design Engineer - Robotics and Automation

You will be instrumental in creating mechanical designs for robotic arms, end-effectors, conveyor systems, and integrated automation cells. • Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for robotic systems and automation equipment using CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, Inventor).
• Create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and 2D manufacturing drawings, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.
• Perform kinematic and dynamic analysis of robotic mechanisms to optimize performance, speed, and accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with software and electrical engineers to integrate mechanical designs with control systems and sensors.
• Select appropriate materials and components, considering factors such as strength, weight, cost, and environmental conditions.
• Conduct feasibility studies and participate in the prototyping and testing phases of new designs.
• Prepare technical documentation, including design reports, BOMs, and assembly instructions.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and propose effective solutions during the design and manufacturing stages.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and standards within the team.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in mechanical design, with a strong focus on robotics, automation, or complex machinery.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (Solid Works preferred) and experience with PDM/PLM systems.
• Solid understanding of mechanical principles, including kinematics, dynamics, statics, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with motion control systems, actuators, and sensors is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration in a remote setting.
• Must be legally authorized to work remotely from

• Proven ability to manage tasks and deliver results independently.
