• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to avionics systems throughout the development lifecycle.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable aviation regulations and industry standards (e.g., DO-160, DO-178C).
• Prepare and present technical documentation, design reviews, and test results.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's technical growth.

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in avionics systems engineering, with a focus on system design and integration.
• Proven experience with avionics architecture, requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS), and simulation software.
• Strong understanding of flight control systems, navigation aids, communication protocols, and displays.
• Familiarity with aviation certification processes and standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid capacity in Bloemfontein, Free State
