Project Manager - Renewable Energy Infrastructure

You will manage projects from feasibility studies through to commissioning, ensuring adherence to strict quality, safety, and environmental standards. This Project Management position demands a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of engineering principles and construction management. The role is office-based, facilitating close collaboration with engineering teams and stakeholders.

• Manage all phases of renewable energy infrastructure projects, from initial planning and design to construction and commissioning.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure project success.
• Oversee site preparation, construction activities, and equipment installation.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control measures.
• Manage project budgets and control costs to ensure profitability and achieve financial targets.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare regular progress reports, project documentation, and financial summaries for senior management.
• Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely decision-making.
• Conduct site visits and project inspections as required.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within the energy, infrastructure, or construction sectors.
• Proven experience in managing capital projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles relevant to renewable energy projects (e.g., solar, wind).
• Knowledge of construction management practices and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Ability to manage budgets and control project costs effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) or a related technical field.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
