• Collaborate closely with character designers, art directors, and engineers to achieve cohesive character designs.
• Develop and implement best practices for character asset creation and pipeline efficiency.

• 7+ years of professional experience in character art for games or animation, with significant leadership experience.
• Expert proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., Maya, ZBrush) and texturing tools (e.g., Substance Painter, Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of anatomy, form, and silhouette for compelling character design.
• Experience with real-time rendering and game engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity).
