Events Manager

Our client is seeking a creative and highly organized Events Manager to lead their event planning and execution for a prestigious venue in Bloemfontein . This role requires a visionary leader capable of conceptualizing, coordinating, and delivering memorable events, from corporate functions to social gatherings. You will manage all aspects of event logistics, vendor relations, budget control, and client satisfaction. • Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events, ensuring all details are managed efficiently from concept to completion.
• Develop event proposals, budgets, and timelines, and manage them effectively to stay within financial parameters.
• Source, negotiate with, and manage vendors and suppliers (caterers, decorators, AV technicians, etc.).
• Oversee on-site event management, ensuring smooth operations, guest satisfaction, and adherence to safety standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their vision is realized.

• Proven experience as an Events Manager or in a similar role, managing diverse types of events.
