• Conduct thorough skin analysis and client consultations to identify specific needs and recommend tailored treatment plans.
• Perform a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser therapies.
• Educate clients on proper skincare routines, product recommendations, and lifestyle adjustments for optimal skin health.
• Maintain meticulous client records, documenting treatments, progress, and product usage.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and product innovations in aesthetics and dermatology.
• Sanitize and maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies according to health and safety regulations.
• Assist in managing inventory of skincare products and professional supplies.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
• Mentor and guide junior aestheticians, sharing expertise and best practices.

• Relevant qualification in Aesthetics or Cosmetology from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing aesthetician, with a strong portfolio of advanced treatments.
• Proven expertise in various skincare modalities and technologies.
• Excellent understanding of skin physiology, anatomy, and common skin conditions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
