My Client requires a Registered Nurse who will be based at their facility in Bloemfontein reporting to the Unit Manager.

• Deliver safe, quality nursing care according to the scope of practice
• Assess, observe, monitor and provide information about patient health and behaviour to the rest of the Interdisciplinary Team
• Provide a safe and supportive physical and psychological environment
• Manage and educate patients around important aspects with regards to prescribed medication
• Support patients with processing of therapy interventions during their daily schedule
• Facilitate patient compliance with regards to therapy activities and the daily schedule
• Show awareness of the Mental Healthcare act no 17 of 2002

• Diploma or Degree in General Nursing Science with Psychiatry
• Registered with SANC
• Experience with in a Mental Health environment
• Experience/knowledge in substance use disorders
• Current Resident in Bloemfontein FS
