• The individual must have a broad knowledge of human resource functions, from hiring to onboarding and evaluation as well as HR policies and procedures, including Industrial Relations, Health & Safety, Skills Development and Employment Equity.
• The position will include a wide range of HR tasks, like organising training, administering leave and
• compiling HR policies. You will be responsible to ensure that all employee records are up-to-date and
• facilitate any HR related queries.
• Day-to-day administrative duties within the HR department.•
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.•
• Co-ordination of induction and onboarding programmes.•
• Plan and implement training of staff, supervisors or managers, as indicated by the Training
• Plan, or as requested from time to time.•
• Collates information for Workplace Skills Plans and Annual Training Reports.•
• Monitor the Training Plan for regionally and ensure that all training indicated is implemented.•
• Administer and record employee leave.•
• Draft HR policies and contracts.•
• Promote HR programs and internal training
• Bilingual (English & Afrikaans).•
• Grade 12.•
• Relevant HR/IR qualification.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist.•
• Understanding of HR policies and procedures.•
• Good knowledge of labour laws.•
• Computer literacy – Microsoft office & Windows Salary depends on experience R18000 to R24000 + annuity
