Machine Learning Engineer - NLP Focus

Our client is seeking a specialized Machine Learning Engineer with a strong focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) to join their innovative product development team in Bloemfontein . You will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing NLP models and pipelines that enable intelligent language understanding and generation capabilities for their platform. • Develop and fine-tune state-of-the-art NLP models for tasks such as text classification, entity recognition, sentiment analysis, and summarization.

• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate NLP capabilities into web and mobile applications.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in machine learning, with a significant portion focused on NLP.
• Proficiency in Python and popular NLP libraries (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Experience with deep learning frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch) for NLP tasks.
• Understanding of language models, embeddings, and various NLP architectures.
