Our client is looking for a skilled IT Project Manager to join their team in Bloemfontein , focusing on the implementation of enterprise-wide solutions. This role is key to driving technological advancements and ensuring the successful adoption of new systems across the organization. You will manage projects involving ERP systems, CRM implementations, or other large-scale enterprise software deployments. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical understanding, strong project management discipline, and excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders throughout the Free State province.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of enterprise IT solution projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including IT specialists, business analysts, vendors, and end-users.
- Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and implement corrective actions to ensure project success.
- Communicate project status, updates, and critical information to all relevant stakeholders effectively.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management , specifically managing enterprise-level IT solution implementations.
- Proven experience with ERP, CRM, or other large-scale business system deployments.
- Familiarity with various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong understanding of IT project management principles and best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
