Our client is seeking a data-driven and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in SEO and SEM to join their team. This role, based in Welkom , will focus on driving organic and paid traffic to their websites, optimizing conversion rates, and enhancing online visibility. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve search engine rankings, manage paid advertising campaigns, and analyze performance data to identify opportunities for growth.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and performance marketing tools.
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits.
- Manage and optimize SEM campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads, including budget management and bid optimization.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic, campaign performance, and ROI using tools like Google Analytics.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize marketing spend and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with content creators and web developers to implement SEO best practices.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a focus on SEO and SEM.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and Google Analytics.
- Demonstrable success in managing Google Ads or other PPC campaigns.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
