Technical Support Representative

This role is critical in providing first-line technical assistance to users, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. • Provide remote and on-site technical assistance to end-users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems and applications.
• Maintain detailed records of support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex technical problems to senior support staff or relevant teams.
• Educate users on best practices for system usage and security.

• Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using helpdesk and remote support tools.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Must be based in or willing to travel to Bloemfontein for hybrid work requirements.
