NLP Data Scientist

Our client is seeking a talented NLP Data Scientist to join their growing analytics team in Welkom. • Develop and implement NLP models for tasks such as sentiment analysis, topic modeling, and named entity recognition.

• Evaluate model performance and iterate to improve accuracy and relevance.

• Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data science with a focus on Natural Language Processing.
• Proficiency in Python and NLP libraries such as NLTK, Spa Cy, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling.
• Experience with text preprocessing techniques, feature extraction, and embeddings.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying complex ideas in Welkom.
