Apprentice IT Support Technician

Our client is seeking a tech-savvy and customer-focused individual to join as an Apprentice IT Support Technician in Bloemfontein . This apprenticeship provides an excellent entry point into the IT field, offering hands-on experience in supporting users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining IT infrastructure. You will work under the guidance of experienced IT professionals, learning about network configurations, cybersecurity basics, and user support best practices.

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
• Assist with user account management and access control.
• Document technical issues and solutions in the IT support knowledge base.

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
