Senior Business Intelligence Developer

This role is crucial for transforming raw data into actionable business insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the company's BI infrastructure, including data warehouses, ETL processes, and reporting solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of BI tools, SQL, data modeling, and a deep understanding of business processes across various departments. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver impactful dashboards and reports that provide clarity and support growth. • Design, develop, and implement robust business intelligence solutions, including data warehouses, data marts, and OLAP cubes.
• Create and maintain efficient ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
• Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
• Perform data modeling to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Optimize BI solutions for performance and scalability.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
• Ensure data accuracy and quality through rigorous testing and validation.
• Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reports.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in business intelligence and data analytics.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence development, data warehousing, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
• Expertise in using BI tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik View/Qlik Sense.
• Strong understanding of data modeling techniques (e.g., Kimball, Inmon) and dimensional modeling.
• Experience designing and implementing ETL processes using tools like SSIS, Informatica, or Talend.
• Familiarity with cloud-based BI solutions (e.g., Azure Analysis Services, AWS Redshift).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in manufacturing or retail sectors is a plus.
