Vacancy: DISPATCH CONTROLLER

The ideal candidate is trustworthy, accurate, able to work under pressure and comfortable working flexible hours, including overtime when required.

• Invoicing of sales orders
• Creating and processing purchase orders
• Completing GRVs
• Daily filing and administration
• General dispatch duties
• Checking stock before vehicles exit the premises
• Conducting monthly stock takes
• Working overtime when required

• Grade 12
• Computer literate
• Good Excel skills
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Flexible and willing to work extended hours when required
• Sage experience will be an advantage
• Logistics/dispatch experience will be an advantage

R16 000 – R20 000 CTC per month
