General Cleaner

About the Role

Our client is looking for a dependable General Cleaner to join their team remotely, supporting their operations across various locations. While the role is remote, it requires meticulous attention to detail in managing and coordinating cleaning supply orders and schedules for different sites. You will be responsible for ensuring that cleaning services meet required standards by liaising with external cleaning providers and internal stakeholders.

This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to maintaining high standards of cleanliness without being physically present on-site, focusing on administrative and quality assurance aspects of cleaning services within the Free State region.

• Coordinate and schedule cleaning services with approved third-party vendors.
• Monitor the quality of cleaning services provided at various client locations.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, invoices, and vendor communications.
• Address client feedback or complaints regarding cleaning services and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards relevant to the services provided.

• Previous experience in cleaning coordination, facilities management, or a related administrative role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using office software for record-keeping and communication.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with a high degree of self-discipline.
