Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to manage the upkeep and repair of their extensive vehicle fleet in Bloemfontein . This role is crucial for ensuring the operational readiness, safety, and efficiency of all fleet vehicles, from light-duty cars to heavy-duty trucks. You will lead a team of mechanics and technicians, oversee preventative maintenance schedules, and manage repairs to minimize downtime.

- Proven experience in fleet management or automotive maintenance supervision.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics, diagnostics, and repair for a diverse fleet.
- Experience with fleet maintenance software and record-keeping systems.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and control maintenance expenses effectively.
- Relevant certifications in automotive technology or fleet management are preferred.
